They now work for a wide client base of both public sector bodies and private companies, carrying out a variety of works including major highways, bridges, sea and river defence, commercial and industrial, infrastructure and an ever increasing number of purely environmental schemes. 
Over the years contracts have grown in size and now range in value up to £50m on an individual project basis.  They are currently looking to recruit a civils project manager to be based on projects within the midlands region and who has proven experience of similar size contracts….
What will be expected of you: 

Construct and complete works in accordance with the contract profitably and efficiently
Management of construction contracts
Liaise with company management, site staff and clients
Management of site staff operatives and sub-contractors
Provide method statements, hazard risk assessments and project management plans
Monitor contract costs against agreed budgets - company financial reporting
Prepare and monitor programmes of work
Manage design co-ordination
Foster good relations and reputation with clients
Assessment and engagement of sub-contractors
Manage contracts to ensure timely and profitable completion of contracts
Inform, consult and involve local groups as necessary                    Ensure all works comply with quality, environmental and safety objectives
