This client is looking for a good all round administrator to work alongside 3 training officers.
The role includes
•Arranging course, sending out invites, chasing up attendees, sending confirmation and keeping the managers updated.
•Ensuring refreshments are ordered and set out for the attendees
•Preparation of the course paperwork for attendees
•Creating and updating the course notes
Plus much more.
Essential skills- Experience of working in an administrative support role, busy office environment and conversant with word, excel, powerpoint and outlook.
The role is varied and a can do and flexible attitude is essential.
Hours of work Mon-Wed 9-5.30pm, 30 minutes for lunch. Rate of pay £7.87 per hour.
The ideal start date would be 1st September 2008 for approximately 3 months.
