| An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for my client, a national insurance company, in the Blackburn area. The role is temporary to permanent with good progression prospects. You will be involved in customer service, dealing with customers over the telephone and accurate data input of their claim details. It is essential for this role that you are personable and able to deal with a wide range of people over the telephone and have a good attention to details. You will be responsible for making the initial telephone to the policyholder and you are therefore first point of contact. Working on shifts between 8am – 8pm and some Saturdays 9 – 5pm.
