| Spring Personnel are currently recruiting for one of our Preston based clients at their prestigious docks based offices, who require an Operations Team Manager to manage a team of Account Representatives. The successful candidate will be required to implement and monitor all performance targets within their team, motivate and coach staff to ensure they are working to their individual potential and ultimately maximise revenue and profitability through their team for the companies blue chip clients. All performance reviews, day-to-day personnel issues and allocation of work will also be the responsibility of the Operations Team Manager. This role would suit a candidate who had previous experience in team management preferably within the collections industry and is fluent in one or more languages (aside from English).
