An exciting opportunity for a general manager to join a well established organisation in Barnoldswick.
The General Manager organises and manages the day to day operation of the company.
The General Manager role involves the responsibility of ensuring that all business operations are efficient and effective with the purpose of producing value for the company
.
The General Manager reports to the Managing Director
The main responsibilities and duties are as follows:
Sales and Marketing- developing strategies, take responsibility for implementation and running of sales and marketing. Work in conjunction with sales and marketing exec to ensure all leads are covered.
Other areas include
Organise and manage distribution of goods and services to customers
Organise and manage resources to ensure effective distribution of goods and services to customers
Assist establishment and Implement the strategy and business plan in conjunction with the Managing Director
Carry out business and activity analysis
Management in coordination with the Managing Director
This role would suit someone with a passion for sports. Ideal background would be someone from a leisure centre/ health club. This is not an office based role. Benefits include company car/ allowance and mobile phone. 25 days + bank holidays and profit related bonus.
