| Mpeople are recruiting on behalf of their client. Due to growth my client is looking to expand their HR team from 4 people to 5. The position is permanent and would suit a candidate who is just starting out their career in HR with a degree or a candidate who has experience working within a HR department previously. The full job description has yet to be defined depending on the candidates experience. The role will include • recruitment and selection • absence management • sending contracts of employment • general administration This role requires a hands on person who will be responsible for their own administration work. A flexible approach to the working hours is essential. In the future due to the growth of the company you maybe required to work a shift on nights to show a HR presence. This will be discussed in more detail at interview. Salary negotiable depending on experience and qualifications upto 25K dep on exp. This is a Monday – Friday role.
