Full Description:
We are currently recruiting for a tenacious and experienced Recruitment Consultant to run and develop an existing Permanent desk. (Training will be offered so if you are an outstanding sales person within another industry - give us a call!)

Duties to include:

· Responsible for a successful permanent desk including developing new business relationship and managing existing accounts.

· Sourcing candidates, this includes interviewing, skills testing and referencing (where applicable)

· Provide advice and recruitment solutions to candidates through careful matching and selection skills.

· Visit clients to ensure that you have a full understanding of the client’s recruitment requirements.

· Conduct candidate interviews to maintain control and build rapport whilst also capitalising on business opportunities.

· Regularly advertising for the purpose of attraction the appropriate calibre of candidates.

· Provide candidates with pre and post interview advice and feedback.
