Due to the retirement of a member of staff there is a need for the role of OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR within the company.
The salary offered £17233 pa with a minimum of 39.5 hours Mon-Fri.
This will be between the hours of 08.00 till 17.00 Mon-Thurs and 16.30 on Fridays
The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure the smooth running of the office, good IT skills and an excellent telephone manner. You will need to have a methodical approach to problem solving, coupled with strong interpersonal skills. You will be results orientated to meet the constant and changing demands of the business on a day to day basis. You will be expected to lead by example, to liaise closely with the management structure of the business and report directly to the managing director and commercial director.
You will be expected to work unsupervised at times.
Key Responsibilities
• Answering the phone
• Inputting of weighbridge tickets/data
• Sorting out all drivers paperwork on a daily basis
• Booking in/out of transport external and internal
• To liaise with accounts department to ensure correct billing of invoices and purchases
• Order stationary, PPE and other approved small purchases.
