| My client are the fastest-growing marketing services business in the country. They design and deliver complete marketing solutions for major B2B and B2C brands, for example o2 & npower! The role involves contacting customers from a pre-qualified database working on a variety of outbound marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for selling a range of new and additional products/services to suit the needs of the customer. The ideal candidate will possess: *Telesales or face to face sales experience. Strong customer service skills, be it face to face or call centre. Strong I.T skills,Excellent people and communication skills allowing you to gain trust, win empathy and develop a relationship *The ability to handle objections and spot 'upselling' opportunities. *And,Self motivation & professionalism. To succeed in this environment you must enjoy being challenged and thrive on working to and beating targets! You will enjoy working in a lively vibrant atmosphere & receive ongoing training.
