Full Description:
My client is the leading innovator for security solutions within the data management sector. As a result of their continued focus on software development, they are recruiting a junior software tester to join their successful team.

The ideal tester will have experience in both automated and manual testing, with some or all of the following skills: - executing test scripts, using FAT and SAT tests, developing manual and automated test scripts, reporting bugs to hardware & software teams, analysing results from test scripts. Ideally, the successful test analyst will have experience of testing large systems, with knowledge of SQL or T-SQL.

You should be well-organised, a good team-player who can hit the ground running.. As a test engineer you will be responsible for the production and implementation of testing plans for security software.

My client offer an informal working environment with open plan offices, friendly team, and cutting edge projects. You will be responsible for manual testing all their software, with a view to driving them to automated test tools within 6 months.
