Senior Project Manager-North West-£50,000-£60,000

My client is recruiting for Senior Project Managers based in the Northwest. Successful candidates will hold a relevant qualification in project management and have experience of managing large and complex construction projects. You will be responsible for the delivery of a range of major projects. You will have experience of construction on occupied sites and of managing disparate stakeholders, ensuring good communication skills at all levels. You will have the ability to manage teams and achieve results through others.

Your application must provide evidence of examples of your experience in each of the

following criteria:-
* Managing large and complex construction projects
* A relevant qualification in project management
* Experience of construction on occupied sites
* Experience of managing disparate stakeholders ensuring good communications and
engagement at all levels
* Ability to manage teams and achieving results through others
* Experience of managing budgets and delivering on time to cost and quality
