Site Manager-North West-New Build-£32-37k

My client is a privately owned construction and support services business, based in the North West of England but operating throughout the UK. The Group's activities are structured through;

*Quality building contractors in new build and refurbishments markets.
*Industrial, commercial and domestic landlords.
*Property developers throughout the Northwest.
*Builders of quality, affordable homes

They are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their already successful team.
Trade or engineering background, you will be able to carry out basic setting out duties.

You will be managing projects up to £5 million across a range of sectors including Education, Helath, Commercial and Industrial new build and refurbishments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full build process from start to completion, dealing with all Health & Safety, dealing with sub-contractors, running to programme, general site duties including supervision of Assistant Site Manager, trades & labour.
