| Site manager- fit out- North West My client is an award winning national interior fit out and refurbishment specialist, they have an impressive reputation for providing the highest level of quality on every job and work on a wide range of projects. Due to a major increase in projects in the New Year the company are looking to strengthen their team with the addition of an experienced Site Manager. The company are seeking an experienced Site Manager who has worked on and managed fast track retail fit out and desirably a proven record in another refurbishment sector i.e. commercial or leisure. Ideally you will have managed projects from £0.5M to £6M. Duties will also comprise of making sure projects are to the specification set, on time and within budget, complying with Health & Safety Legislations, management of site, materials and sub contractors.
