- Full Description:
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the pick-pack operation, checking goods received and managing the day to day running of the warehouse.
The duties will be as follows Checking goods received, checking all orders before they are dispatched, Arranging transport, booking in deliveries and producing delivery notes.
You will also be Assisting the customer service team with problems relating to orders and deliveries, Updating the team on out of stocks, Unloading and loading pallets using a FLT, Picking and Packing Orders Promoting good health and safety in the warehouse.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a warehouse or logistics and be hardworking, diligent and able to motivate a team.
The person will have a Reach Forklift Truck license and be willing to undertake any warehouse roll to ensure the effective and safe running of the operation.
Previous supervisory experience and good IT skills would be an advantage, but an ambitious person looking to advance their career will also be considered.
