| Our client based in Nelson is looking to recruit an experienced Sales & Customer Services Administrator to provide general administrative support to assist in the smooth running of the UK Sales and Customer Services functions Duties and Responsibilities 1.Answer telephone queries relating to all aspects of the order process, from customers and the Regional Sales Managers. 2.Process customer orders from UK stock holding to include inputting details onto system, raising picking lists and delivery notes and send to warehouse for despatch. 3.Process 'stock orders' for manufacture and delivery to the UK warehouse 4.Prepare delivery advise paperwork for all deliveries due into UK Warehouse 5.Book all stock delivered to the UK warehouse onto JD Edwards 6.Produce weekly 'order status reports' and distribute to customer. 7.Produce weekly Order status reports for Regional Managers. 8.Maintain office stationary requirements and re order as required. 9.Book hotel accommodation & travel arrangements as required for UK and Spanish based personnel. 10.Managing Tender applications 11.Managing Orders against scheduled production dates. 12.Respond to and distribute e-mails received to the 'enquiries' e-mail address. 13.Extra cover for Admin support as required, i.e. holidays, sickness etc. Hours of work - 25 hours per week - 9 am - 2pm (Flexible) This is a part time position for 6 months possibly going permanent.
