| Our Blue Chip Client is looking for a Property Consultant to undertake work on Property Rationalisation and Building Schools for the Future projects. Responsibilities • Be able to provide property consultancy advice to clients. • Work within a multi-disciplinary environment working alongside and supporting other professions within the team when required. • Be able to work under own initiative. • Attend and run meetings where appropriate. • Ability to establish good working relationships with Clients and colleagues. • Someone who can work individually and as part of a team. • Self motivated and able to work without supervision. • Good interpersonal skills, self-motivation, organisation and an aptitude to advise team members from other professions/technical backgrounds. • Good communication and report writing skills. Essential Criteria • Degree standard or equivalent in a property discipline • Familiarity with using AutoCAD • Good standard of Excel/Word/Microsoft Project • Must be able to work under pressure and handle a varied workload • Full UK driving License and access to a car Desirable Criteria • Keen to develop the property consultancy role within a multi-disciplined team. • Ability to produce reports, prioritise and work to deadlines • Knowledge of BREEAM and Sustainability • Experience in the private and local authority sectors.
