This is an extremely exciting time for MPeople. As a rapidly expanding commercial recruitment business, we plan to open 10 new branches in 2008. We are currently looking for a New Business Manager to join our existing, yet growing, Blackburn team.

We’re a people orientated business, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and results to our clients along with supporting and identifying our own employees’ career progression.

Ambitious sales people are the key to a profitable and successful branch. You must therefore be competent in maintaining and developing existing and new customers throughout the business. You must have an understanding and appreciation of the sales aspect of this position, being able to submit figures on a regular basis. You must be extremely self-motivated and previous recruitment / sales experience would be a distinct advantage.
