£12,500 - £13,000 depending upon experience.
Permanent administrators with real ‘can-do’ attitudes, who are motivated and enthusiastic in their approach to all aspects of work, will really excel within this company. Based in the Whitebirk area of Blackburn successful applicants will have great career prospects and opportunities to progress further.
Typical duties:-
• Taking and recording new incident reports and requests for services from clients and/or third parties.
• Providing clients with relevant advice and guidance, regularly updating them as to material developments.
• Updating the relevant computer databases continuously with all facts and information relative to given incidents
• Liaising with clients & customers from start to finish ensuring each case is completed smoothly and efficiently.
• All general admin duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, sorting, typing, inputting etc.
• PC Literacy is essential, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
37.5 Hours per week Flexi time
