Software Developer / Software Engineer. C. Embedded. UML. Rational Rose, TCP/IP. Cambridge. As part of their continued focus on software development, an innovative cutting edge software house who specialise in the Automotive Industry are seeking a talented embedded C software engineer to join their successful team. The successful software developer will be involved in the full project lifecycle, working on their latest embedded car accessories.

The ideal Embedded C/C++ Software Developer will have skills in some or all of the following - C, Embedded Linux, Realtime Operating Systems, UML, Rational Rose, TCP/IP . Software Engineers with knowledge of the automotive industry would be advantageous. Your key responsibilities will include using your excellent communication skills to determine client requirements, design, implement and test the software in Embedded C, and support its integration with their systems, suggest and adapt company processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with the companies Quality Management Processes. The successful programmer will be developing new code, primarily using Embedded C on realtime platforms, working on their leading edge motor applications.
This is a well established software house highly acclaimed by the car manufacturing industry. You will be working in an informal, friendly office environment, within teams of 4-5 on each project.
