C++. VC++. Maya. OpenGL. 3D. Image processing. QT. Direct X. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a market leading software house who specialise in developing imaging software for the post production & film industry. As a result of their well renowned reputation in the industry and increased projects, they are seeking a talented C++ software engineer to join their successful team.

The successful software developer will come from a background in C++, with 2-3 years commercial experience in programming. You will have skills in some of the following: - C++, VC++, Linux, Mac, Maya, Mel Scripting, OpenGL, Direct X, 3D programming techniques. Knowledge or an interest in image processing would be advantageous. You will be working on new projects, developing imaging software for TV companies and the entertainment industry, as well as maintaining and adding new functionality to existing software products.

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or junior developer who wants to work on exciting projects, developing imaging software for the film industry, using C++, Maya, OpenGL, and 3D techniques. This company have an excellent central location, with a friendly office environment, and can offer a real technical challenge.
