| General Build - Carlisle -Competitive Rate - Due to Commence May-Site Manager Our client is a one of the most reputable building contractors in the North West. Established over 80 years ago they have built a solid reputation in the industry for being a secure and reliable contractor. The company works on varied types New build and Refurbishment contracts from schools, offices, health care centres, sports centres, residential and retail fit outs. Due to an increase in contracts awarded the company is looking for an experienced site manager to join their team. You will have a proven track record in the construction industry with experience in both New build and refurbishment contracts up to £7 million in value. This is a rare opportunity to join a excellent stable team with years of construction experience.
