Customer Service: Salford Quays £16,000 OTE £24,000

You would be joining one of the UK's most established debt Management companies who have helped over 100,000 people since it began in 1993 who offer realistic career progression opportunities. You will be taking inbound calls from customers dealing with a wide range of enquiries ensuring that client retention and excellent customer service is maintained.

Banking Advisor - OTE £23,000 - Salford Quays

Salary - £15,000 OTE £23,000, banking benefits and pension

Benefits - 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, staff room, cheap RAC, cheap gym and the chance to win prizes

Hours - Shifts between 9am and 9pm Monday to Friday, 35 hour week.

Career Prospects - Company policy is to promote from within for such roles as Team Leader, Team Coach, Manager and many more

Location - Salford Quays, M50 2ZW

Skills required - Strong customer service skills, telesales experience, stable background, must sound excellent over the phone, proactively build and maintain excellent client relationships to increase client retention.
