Full Description:
Working in a busy production environment, the successful applicant will be responsible for the translation of production requirements, into forward plans for machine loading, purchase of raw materials and labour requirements.
The candidate will also be responsible for the supervision of shop floor personnel on a day-to-day basis.
The skills needed in these roles include:
*Good inter-personal skills
*Computer literacy
*Excellent numerate and writing skills
*The ability to remain calm and flexible despite the fact that circumstances can change rapidly
*For the purchasing and ordering roles excellent telephone skills, and the ability to negotiate and be assertive and persistent with Suppliers.
