| Duties to include: *Day to day verbally and written communication with customers to ensure accounts are settled within a timely manner and to our contract terms. *Obtain and update valid payment details for future monthly automated payments to avoid non-payment in the future. *Resolve customer invoice queries effectively with collection of any outstanding monies whilst still regaining the customer's account avoiding termination of accounts. *Liaise with other team members or other sections in order to resolve any reasons for non-payment. *Liaise with our sourced Debt Recovery Company to gain traces on customers that have been unable to trace in house. *Effect team communication at all levels *Confidentiality is essential when dealing with customers and Data Protection Rules adhered with contact with customers.
