The postholder will provide management and leadership to the operational team and will contribute fully in the planning, development and decision making with specific responsibility for operational and financial/human resource services.
Some of the main duties include - ensuring the provision of effective administration service through the development and implementation of appropriate office procedures, to provide leadership and management to operational staff and maintain staff records in accordance with guidelines, including conducting Personal Development Reviews. To represent the team at appropriate local, regional and national forums and events. To contribute regular monitoring of financial performance.
Experience of working within the NHS is required, previous experience of office management and a minimum of 1 years staff management experience, experience of working in a customer service environment, working in a multi agency setting and budget management and SLA's are also relevant.
