This long-established Darwen based Accountancy Practice is seeking a well-trained individual to add value to their growing business services unit. You will work very closely with partners and junior staff members, and will be key in managing and preparing a portfolio of 'complex' accounts including incomplete records.

You will:
Have a strong background in accounts preparation
Be experienced in managing a wide portfolio of Clients
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to delegate efficiently and aid in the training and professional development of junior staff
