With regional food of outstanding quality and an extensive wine selection being an integral part of the hotel restaurant dining experience, you should be an individual who is ambitious about first class service.
If you are passionate about standards and want to work with the very best in the industry, then this place is ideal for you. You must be able to demonstrate a successful career in the hospitality industry, working in the position of an operations/deputy manager in a vibrant food & beverage hotel.
