Full Description:
Our client a multinational manufacturing group requires a proven account manager / client services coordinator to ensure they continue to offer high levels of customer service to their high profile clients.

You will be responsible for a handling the company’s key customer accounts. This will involve identifying customer requirements through liaison with company representatives of all levels including production requirements and negotiation of lead times.

You will be expected to follow orders through from initial communication with the customer from design specification to delivering product successfully and on time.

You will develop strong relationships with you customer base and have the ability to overcome any issues that may arise such as; late deliveries, incomplete orders etc.

This is a genuinely varied role, where you can utilise your ability to think on your feet, overcome objection and solve any problems encountered to build a positive business relationship!

To be considered you must have proven experience in a customer focussed environment, have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as strong IT skills.

Hours 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with 36 days holidays including bank holidays and extensive benefits.
