Our client is a very successful practice based in Lancashire.

This award winning independent practice has an outstanding opportunity for a senior tax professional to take leadership of a newly created role. This position will have a strong market facing emphasis and a key aspect will be the development of the tax services of the practice.

You should have recent experience within a practice, with tax as your key area. You may be in a Tax Manager role and looking to make the next step. (We are also looking to recruit a Tax Manager to work with the Director, so if this is more appropriate for you, please do get in touch).

The standards set and achieved by this firm are high and accordingly we are keen to speak to a highly commercial and committed tax specialist with the drive to succeed at the highest level.

The firm is looking for a self starter who can build a personal profile in the region. You will have vitality and the confidence to develop the business and also have the ability to instinctively recommend appropriate tax services to clients as well as prospective clients. In return there will be a salary and benefits package structured to attract the best candidate. (a wide salary range is quoted - this will be tailored to the candidate, but we would be particularly interested in candidates who are willing to prove themselves before demanding the top end of this range)
