Full Description:
We are currently recruiting for an administrator to join a growing company based in Blackburn. This is a varied role which will include covering the reception area and being an admin support to other departments, such as accounts and sales and marketing. Typical duties will include: meeting and greeting customers face to face and over the telephone, general office duties: typing letters, filing and faxing and assisting within the account department, including: invoicing, purchase ledger and credit control.
We are looking for someone who has come from an office background who is an excellent communicator and who has great organisational skills. You will be PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, experience of Sage would be an advantage. You will have a professional telephone manner and be smart in appearance.
