| Duties will have an emphasis on: · Inputting activity data and retrieving associated reports · Retrieving and directing telephone messages · Faxing and filing · Keyboard work - ie reports, memo's, letters · General office duties including shredding, dealing with the receipt, logging and storage of supplies. Requirements: · GCSE in English Language & Maths - Grade C or above · Previous experience of administration in an office based environment. · Previous reception experience, preferably in the NHS. · Ability to multi-task in a busy environment, whilst dealing with constant interruptions. · Good verbal and written communications skills - legible handwriting. · Ability to produce accurately typed and photocopied documents efficiently and to a high standard. · IT skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access · Ability to work as part of a team. · Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with the public. · Ability to work under pressure, using own initiative A number of individuals required to provide Admin support to the Modern Matron and other health professionals on a PT basis (18.5hrs per week) for a minimum of 6 months.
