Site Manager- West Yorkshire- Housing/Apartments- £35k

Bradford

Our client is a respected House Builder Based in Lancashire. They Build New Homes in and around the Lancashire, Yorkshire and Blackpool areas. They have an excellent reputation for planning unique design and overall standard of finish.

They are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to join their growing team. You will have a proven track record as a Site Manager with extensive experience in the construction of New build Homes. Experience in dealing with NHBC is essential. You will have immaculate attention to detail and strong man management ability. An experience in apartments as well, will be beneficial for certain sites.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking company who can guarantee work in the Lancashire, Yorkshire and Blackpool areas.
