Quantity Surveyor- Demolition- North West- Competitive Salary

Demolition and Civil Engineering experience essential.

You will be expected to work on your own initiative and be fully responsible for all day to day functions. You must be computer literate and have experience with Health and Safety Systems and procedures

There is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a team that is part of a commitment to quality. You will ideally be fully qualified and have obtained professional status.

Experience with the following:

Must be computer literate
Ensure smooth running of contracts
Prepare tenders and valuations
Ensure projects are completed within programme
Point of contact for clients sub-contractors
Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain contact with relevant authorities
Budget pricing and development
Health and safety - preparation of risk assessments and method statements
Responsible for administration including materials and labour
Responsible for job costing
