| Job Ref: 17367 Job type: HR Systems Manager Package: c£30-40,000 + Excellent Benefits Location: London (South East) Position type: 6-12 months Contact name: Chris Pearson Contact Company: JAM HR Systems Solutions The Background A leading public sector organisation with a large HR department is currently going through a large-scale HRIS transformation project and as such requires a HR Systems Manager to support the function while the permanent post holder is seconded onto the project. This is an exciting opportunity to not only join an environment experiencing change, but to have ownership of all HR Information Systems related issues. The Responsibilities Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will have full specialist responsibility for maintaining and developing the HR system ensuring the system is fully functional to end user groups during the period of change. You will be responsible for system security ensuring all profiles are maintained in compliance with legislation. You will be responsible for all management information issues, this will include data clean up, migration testing and report development. You will provide some techno/functional support in the shape of user acceptance testing and systems/software fixes. During the project you will provide some support to the implementation team and will liaise accordingly during the entirety of the transformation project. The Professional The organisation is seeking to recruit an experienced HRIS professional with preferable working experience of Midland software, although experience of any other HR system is welcomed. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will ideally have experience of supporting a business area with HR systems issues during a similar transformation project. You will have experience of supplier management and will be able to work closely with departmental heads.
