We are currently seeking to hire an analytically thinking IT Support Executive to be based at our Blackburn Head Office.This is a newly created opportunity which will entail Support & Maintenance, Configuration & Setup, Development & Testing, Sales Reporting, Training & Coaching, Testing and Test Documentation. The main focus will be to support, administer and develop i-sales and sales reporting system to deliver an increasingly efficient sales product to the UK sales force Interfacing with all areas of the business, you will be a key player in providing the user base with a sales quotation, order and reporting product that will ultimately lead to increased sales efficiencies. In order to deliver this you will resolve technical/ process/ functional issues and work with Product Managers to ensure they are addressed, implement solutions using strong resource and upgrade planning techniques, conduct helpdesk second and third line specialist support for users, develop installation plans, control new product releases, conduct configuration including rights, approval, specifications, output forms, targets, tenure specs, labour rates and charges etc., make recommendations in relation to enhancements to the i-sales and dashboard systems, undertake standard and on demand sales reporting and analysis, establish test plans, carry out testing and provide support and training to relevant personnel.


In order to be considered for this high profile internal opportunity you will need to be a Degree Calibre IT/ Process Development Executive who has fundamental commercial awareness with strong IT systems knowledge gained within a large corporate organisation. You will possess a broad spectrum of IT skill sets, data analysis IT proficiency, database analysis and structures. You will also need to be very results focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with others to achieve the key objectives. As an experienced IT/ Business/ Sales Analyst or Developer you will already possess relevant skills to enable you to add value to this new function.
