Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced EPOS Support Engineer. You will have knowledge of CRM, POS and/or Ticketing software and be proficient with databases including Access and SQL. Demonstrate a good working knowledge of networking (TCP IP, MAC addresses, VLAN\'s, ping\'s, trace-routes) and PC hardware configuration, you will also have good knowledge of XP and Vista Operating systems.
Reporting to Commercial Analyst, liaising with the I.T. Dept in areas where server and network infrastructure are concerned you will have the flexibility to provide support during key business needs this may include evening and weekend work, match day attendance is essential. The role primarily involves first line support to all areas of the business with daily issues arising from the POS (SEETHREESIXTY) software. This includes management of call logs from staff regarding faults, liaising with the software developers both for SEETHREESIXTY and software interdependent with the running of the POS system.
The successful candidate should be able to install and maintain the EPOS system throughout the Club.
