A1 Nursing and Homecare are looking to recruit Care Asistants to work in Residential and Nursing homes in Lancashire.
You should have employment experience in the healthcare sector for at least 6 months and be able to provide two work references. Though those looking to start a new career in this field should not be discouraged from applying as everybody has to start somewhere and training is available for the right candidates.
As a matter of course all our staff are required to undertake annual CRB Criminal Record checks and mandatory training updates.
Training is provided FREE of charge to all our employees.
Career advancement is important to A1 Nursing and Homecare and as such all our staff are given the opportunity to progress through NVQ levels 2, 3 and 4.
We offer competitive rates of pay and a flexibility that is second to none.
